Effective January 1, 2008, the five business units of L-3 Government Services, Inc. (L-3 GSI), a wholly owned subsidiary of L-3 Communications Corporation, have been realigned into three other L-3 divisions — Enterprise Information Technology Solutions (EITS), Global Security & Engineering Solutions (GS&ES), and Intelligence Solutions (IS). L-3 Government Services, Inc., is no longer operating under this name and is now part of these other three L-3 divisions. In addition, L-3 GSI's wholly-owned subsidiary, D.P. Associates Inc. has been transferred to MPRI, and continues to operate under the same name.
This realignment was designed to streamline the L-3 Services Group and more rigorously align structure with function. We encourage you to visit our web sites and contact us.
